SHIPPING POLICY
Your Orders should be shipped 1-3 Days after purchase, please give it time to process the purchase. Packages usually takes up to 1-5 Business Days, for any problems don't hesitate to email OfficialSmoothApparel@gmail.com
FOR PREORDERS:
If you preorder a sold out item it will usually take around 1-2 weeks for production time, and 3-7 Days for us to receive the item. The item will be shipped off immediately when received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To start the exchange process, please email OfficialSmoothApparel@gmail.com, explain the reason on why exchanging your product for different one, no sales will be exchanged after 4 days of being shipped. There are NO refunds, all sales are final. Thanks for shopping.
